COVID Antibody Test kits Neutraliazing AB Rapid Test
Why Need Test Neutralizing Antibodies?
A few days or a week after the patient is infected with the new virus, antiviral antibodies will be produced, among which neutralizing antibodies have the characteristics of antiviral content. Although neutralizing antibodies account for only a small part of the weight of anti-viral antibodies, they can recognize virus surface proteins and prevent the virus from combining with the cell surface alone, thereby preventing the virus from restarting the cell
Features for COVID Antibody Test kits Neutraliazing AB Rapid Test
A. Blood test, finger whole blood is feasible.
B. Cut-off value is 50ng/mL
Simple operation, no additional materials are required to run the analysis
D. Small specimens are required. Serum, plasma 10ul or whole blood 20ul is enough.

Allow the test device, specimen, buffer, and/or controls to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing.
1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.
2. Place the test device on a clean and horizontal surface.
For Serum or Plasma Specimens:
Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen up to the Fill Line (approximately 10 μL), and transfer the specimen to the specimen well (S) of the test device, then add 3 drops of buffer (approximately 90 μL) and start the timer . See illustration below. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S).
For Whole Blood (Venipuncture/Fingerstick) Specimens:
To use a dropper: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen 0.5-1 cm above the Fill Line, and transfer 2 drops of whole blood (approximately 20 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the test device, then add 3 drops of buffer (approximately 90 uL) and start the timer. See illustration below.
Reader of Result
Only C line appears, or T line is equal to C line or weaker than C line. It indicates that there are neutralizing antibodies in the specimen.
Both the T line and C line appear, when the intensity of T line is stronger than C line. It indicates that there is no neutralizing antibodies in the specimen, or else the titer of neutralizing antibodies are of very low level.
Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediately and contact your local distributor.
Expected Results For Vac Reference.
The results if carrying vac are expected to be like below.
-Before first dose: Negative by rapid test
The results if carrying 19 vac are expected to be like below.
-Before first dose: Negative by rapid tes
3 weeks after first dose: weak or middle positive
-1 week after second dose: middle or high positive
-2 weeks after second dose: middle or high positive
Internal program control is included in the test. The colored lines appearing in the control area (C) are internal program control. It confirms sufficient specimen volume and correct procedure technique.
This kit does not provide control standards; however, it is recommended that positive and negative controls be tested as a good laboratory procedure to confirm the test procedure and verify proper test performance.
Relative Sensitivity, Specificity and Accuracy
The SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody Rapid Test (COVID-19 Ab) has been evaluated with specimens obtained from a population of positive and negative specimen. Results were confirmed by a commercial SARS-CoV-2 Neutralization Antibody Detection Kit (ELISA kit, cutoff 30% signal inhibition).
